Minister Kitt welcomes decision on Sandyford Tower Block An Bord Pleanála’s decision to refuse permission for a 17-storey apartment block in Sandyford is to be warmly welcomed, according to Government Chief Whip and local Fianna Fáil TD, Tom Kitt.
M50 Opens to Leopardstown The M50 opened to Leopardstown in November causing relief to hard pressed motorists in the Ballinteer and Sandyford areas. This, alongside the recent opening of the Drummartin By-Pass has resulted in far easier movement of local traffic. The full M50 is due to open to Shankill next Spring, well ahead of the target date of next September/October
